ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cups natural oats, honey and almonds granola
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons milk, or as needed
1 teaspoon coconut extract
directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
In medium bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, honey and egg with electric mixer on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in granola.
On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by cookie scoop 2 inches apart. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until set. Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool 15 minutes.
In small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk and coconut extract until smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
