ingredients
1 package (20 ounce size) frozen broccoli spears
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon mustard
3/4 cup sour cream
directions
Put broccoli into crock pot, add water and salt. Cover and cook on high 1 hour.
Combine horseradish, mustard, and sour cream; mix thoroughly. Pour over cooked broccoli. Cover and cook on high 30 minutes.
