Guacamole with a zesty twist. This avocado dip has tomatoes, onions, fresh lime, and a pinch of cumin for extra flavor. Perfect with chips or pita.

ingredients
2 medium tomatoes, diced 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 clove garlic, pressed 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon cumin 2 large, ripe Haas avocados, pitted and peeled Tortilla chips or toasted pita bread wedges (optional)
directions
In a small bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onion, lime juice, fresh cilantro, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, and cumin until well blended.
In a separate bowl, coarsely mash avocados with a fork or potato masher. Stir in the tomato mixture. Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita bread wedges, if desired.
Good, nice kick to it. I used a little less lime juice (maybe only 1 tbsp - I just squeezed one lime in) and added a little extra garlic since my garlic cloves were kinda small. Served with homemade tortilla chips. Perfect for movie night with the kids. Next time I'll double the recipe because it went fast.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
