2 cups shredded coconut
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 dash salt
chocolate bark
directions
Mix mashed potatoes and coconut. Blend in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time. Add almond extract and salt. Chill overnight.
Use teaspoon to form small balls, dip in melted chocolate bark.
