1/2 cup mashed potatoes, made without butter, salt, or milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 pounds confectioners' sugar
ground cinnamon
directions
Add vanilla to the potatoes. Next, add the sugar. Mix enough sugar to the potatoes until it becomes thick to shape.
Take a small ball and form it into the shape of a tiny potato. Roll this into the cinnamon. Store in an air tight container.

This was similar to my grandmother's receipe. It brings back childhood memories. Terribly bad for you, but it was great to find the receipe.
