1 package fudge brownie mix, family size
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 1/2 tablespoon coffee crystals
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
whipped cream, for garnish

directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 40 (2-inch) foil liners on baking sheets.
Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, coffee and 1 tsp. cinnamon in large bowl. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes.
Fill each liner with 1 measuring Tbsp. batter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Garnish with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
