6 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 can (10.75 ounce size) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups processed American cheese, cubed
18 hamburger buns, split
directions
In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients; mix well.
Pour into an ungreased 2 1/2 quart casserole; top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
Spoon 1/2 cup onto each bun.
