Chicken Stir-Fry Sandwich

ingredients
1/2 pound skinless boneless chicken breast, cut in strips
1/2 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon salt, optional
1/16 teaspoon black pepper
2 whole wheat pita breads rounds
1/4 cup nonfat ranch salad dressing
directions
Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add chicken, vegetables and seasonings. Stir-fry until chicken is done and vegetables are to your liking.
Cut pita bread in half and microwave on high for 20 seconds or until warm. Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing in each pita bread half. Fill with chicken stir-fry.
