1 package (large size) strawberry gelatin powder
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 package (large size) instant vanilla pudding mix (plus amount of milk called for on package)
1 angel food cake
directions
Tear angel food cake into bite size pieces and put in oblong cake pan. In bowl, mix Jell-O with boiling water and cold water. When it has thickened (but not completely set) pour over cake.
Mix pudding as directed on box with low fat milk. Pour over gelatin and cake. Refrigerate. If desired serve topped with low fat cool whip topping.
