ingredients
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 small onion, grated
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 flour tortillas, torn into pieces
3/4 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1 jar (7 ounce size) salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Combine soups, sour cream, onion, and 1 1/2 cup cheese. Throw everything except last 1/2 cup cheese into the crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese, recover, and cook an additional 15-30 minutes.

Double the amount of chicken used. Great rolled up in flour tortillas. A glob of gluacomole or sour cream on top too.

Definitely needs more chicken (double it) but it has good flavor.
