French Cold Chicken Thighs Served With Potatoes In Salad - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

6 roasted chicken thighs, cooked and cold
1 pound cooked potatoes
2 bald new onions
1/2 bunch chives
1 teaspoon pink berries
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
4 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
thyme
laurel
salt and pepper

directions

Peel and cut into slices your potatoes. Then mix them with the thinly sliced onions, the chiseled chive, the pink berries and the seeds of coriander.

Place the salad in a plastic container to keep it fresh. Add the salty and peppered vinaigrette. And then, close the lid.

In another container, carefully arrange the thighs of chicken, flavored with thyme and laurel.
