3 pounds chicken breasts, legs, or thighs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

directions

Place the chicken pieces in the bottom of the crock pot.

In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, mustard, garlic, salt, and curry powder until blended. Evenly pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.

    I have made this recipe in the oven before, and the flavor is great! Glad to see it in crockpot form as well - nothing better than coming home and dinner is all ready!

    Just the right amount of curry! Left out tsp of salt because I was using salted butter. Chicken thighs were fork-tender; plenty of "sauce" for baked potatoes.
