Classic Coleslaw

- #18546
ingredients
1 head green cabbage
OR
7 cups bagged coleslaw mix
1/4 red onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt or Vege-Sal
1 teaspoon sugar substitute
directions
Using a food processor's slicing blade or a sharp knife, reduce your cabbage to little bitty shreds and put those shreds in a great big bowl.
Mince the onion really fine and put that in the bowl, too. Mix together everything else, blending well. Pour over the cabbage and onion and toss well. You can serve this right away, if you like, but it improves with at least a few hours' worth of refrigeration.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.
