1/2 cup butter, softened
3 eggs
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all cake ingredients in large bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until moistened. Increase speed to high. Beat, scraping bowl often, until smooth.
Pour batter into greased and floured 13- x 9-inch baking pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Continue baking 2 minutes or until marshmallows are softened.
Meanwhile, for frosting, combine butter, cream cheese, chocolate and milk in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (8 to 10 minutes).
Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over marshmallows and swirl together. Sprinkle with peanuts.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
