Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I am a novice in the kitchen, and I make this recipe with ease! It's delicious and always a huge hit and requested at most family get togethers! It's an easy way to really impress with minimal effort, and it's SO GOOD!

I made this recipe the first time and did't get the chocolate bars chopped finely enough - when I made it the second time(with finer chocolate bar pieces, thanks to my food processor) it became a family favorite and is often the a requested birthday cake!
