ingredients
1 package chocolate cake mix (2 layer size)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping
1 container (8 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed
toffee bits
directions
Bake chocolate cake as directed on package.
When still warm, poke holes in cake with straw. Pour sweetened condensed milk and butterscotch topping over cake.
Chill. Before serving top with whipped topping and toffee bits
