This easy-to-make dessert features a devil's food cake base topped with a creamy layer, baked to perfection. A must-try for chocolate and cheesecake lovers!

1 box (15-18 ounce size) devil's food cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 eggs, divided use
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 pound powdered sugar
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
Combine the cake mix, butter, and one egg in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread the cake mixture in the prepared baking dish.
In another mixing bowl (with clean beaters), beat together the cream cheese, remaining eggs, and powdered sugar until creamy. Spread the mixture over the cake batter.
Place the devil's brownie cake in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and let cool to room temperature before slicing and serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
