It doesn't say what flavor cake mix to use so I used white but I think this would be good with chocolate too.

I couldn't find a 16 ounce can of cherry pie filling so I went with the other reviewers suggestion of using more - and used the 21 ounce standard size. I didn't add the nuts and added vanilla to the cake/milk part. Turned out very good.

Easy and tasty, even though I overcooked mine a little. I felt it needed more cherries personally. In the future I'll use a bigger can. Otherwise great recipe, really simple to make.

I followed the recipe except for using blueberry filling instead of cherry. The cobbler part had a really strange taste; not what I expected.
