Chocolate-Tomato Soup Cake

1 package (18 ounce size) dry chocolate cake mix
1 can (10-3/4 ounce size) undiluted tomato soup
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
marshmallows (optional)
directions
First put cake mix into a big bowl. Then add tomato soup, baking soda and eggs (nothing else). Mix well. Follow the cake mix baking directions.
For a fast frosting, cover the top of the cake with marshmallows right before you take it out of the oven.

My aunt used to make a tomato soup cake from scratch. When we were kids we thought it was so weird but it tasted good. This is even easier and I love the marshmallow topping. I'm not much of a baker so I've never attempted the scratch version of the tomato soup cake but this one turned out great for even a non baker like me.

Have made this cake more than once, its GREAT! I love to surprise my friends with it, nobody has disliked it, and almost all are surprised at the ingredients. I definately recommend it!
