ingredients
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup smooth or chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups Rice Krispies or Special K cereal
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons milk (or more)
1 pinch salt
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
directions
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt corn syrup, peanut butter and brown sugar. 
 Remove from heat and add cereal. Mix well and press in to buttered 9 by 9 inch square pan. 
 To make icing, combine remaining ingredients, adding more milk if necessary until smooth and spreadable.
