ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups oats
1 cup chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix in brown sugar, oats and chocolate chips.
Combine eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chip mixture. Press into an ungreased 15X10 jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool slightly before cutting.
