ingredients
2/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup white corn syrup
4 cups quick-cooking oats
Topping
2/3 cup peanut butter
6 ounces chocolate chips
directions
Cream the butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients.
Press into a 9" x 13" greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
For Topping: Melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter. Spread on the warm baked bar. Cut into squares.
