ingredients
1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
4 cups quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 package (6 ounce size) chocolate chips
directions
Cream together the margarine and sugar. Add oatmeal; mix thoroughly. Press into lightly greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes. 
 Melt chips and peanut butter. Spread over warm bars. Cut when cool.

Very good and easy too. I made it a little healthier with Splenda and Smart Balance margarine. Also find peanut butter without hydrogenated fat!
