Cinnamon-Apple Glazed Carrots

ingredients
1 pound carrots, sliced
4 tablespoons apple juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon butter (no substitutes)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
Cook carrots in enough water to cover them. Cook about 10 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain.
Combine apple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter in microwave safe dish and heat on high power about 25 seconds or just until the brown sugar and butter are melted.
To serve, transfer carrots to a serving bowl. Drizzle with apple juice mixture and toss until coated.
