ingredients
2 cups milk
4 sheets phyllo dough
1 pound feta cheese
1 cup olive oil
1 bunch chopped parsley
2 egg yolks
salt
black pepper
directions
In a bowl, mash feta cheese, 1/2 cup milk, chopped parsley and one egg yolk and mix well. Set aside.
Spread one sheet of phyllo dough on a previously well-greased oven tray. Pour some milk. Spread a second sheet on top.
Spread half of the previously prepared cheese mix on the phyllo dough evenly. Cover with a third sheet of phyllo dough. Spread the remaining cheese mixture and place the last sheet of phyllo dough on top. Pour the remaining milk mixed with olive oil over the final sheet.
Spread the last egg yolk over the top phyllo dough sheet. Put into a previously medium heated oven for 40 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot.
