Whipped Black Beans

ingredients
1/2 pound black beans
1/2 pound lean pork
3 1/2 ounces center cut bacon
2 onions
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
cooked white rice (optional)
directions
Soak the black beans in water for 24 hours.
Later put the beans in a pot with water, the pork, and one onion. Cook until beans are smooth and creamy. Let them cool a little, stir to make a liquid and return them to the pot.
In a separate saucepan, heat the oil and then fry the bacon, the other onion and the garlic. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and oregano.
When everything has been browned in the saucepan, pour the beans in the saucepan and boil for 15 minutes. Add the evaporated milk and stir.
You can add white rice on the side.
