ingredients
2 pounds ground turkey
1 pound ground pork sausage, mild or hot
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 medium onion, grated
1 green pepper, grated
1/4 cup hickory smoked barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons powdered onion
salt and pepper
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
directions
Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce. Shape into loaf pan.
Bake at 450 degrees F for half an hour. Top with sauce and continue to bake at 250 degrees F for 30 minutes or until done.
