Lemon-Herb Turkey Breast

2 pounds turkey breast
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Place the turkey breast, skin side down, in the crock pot.
In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients until blended. Pour the mixture evenly over the turkey.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or until the turkey is cooked.
