This recipe eats like a meal! I love hearty beans and this one fits the bill. The crockpot makes it a simple dish. The list of ingredients makes it look a little mundane (yellow mustard and ketchup?) but the proportions and flavors really worked and we enjoyed it quite a bit. I'm going to have to start using my crockpot more for beans!
