Green Chili Cheese Pie

ingredients
1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 partially baked pie shell
1 can chopped green chilies
1 cup half and half cream
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1 pound cooked, drained lean ground beef
directions
Sprinkle jack cheese and half the cheddar cheese over bottom of half baked pie shell. Distribute chilies evenly over cheese.
Beat cream with eggs, then add salt and cumin. Pour over chilies.
Bake in a 325 degrees F oven for 40 minutes or until set.
Sprinkle cooked ground beef and remaining cheddar cheese over the top. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
