Malaysian Lamb Curry

ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 onions, chopped
2 teaspoons grated green ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
1 1/2 pound diced lamb
3/4 cup coconut milk powder
2 cups warm water
12 small potatoes, peeled
1 red chili pepper, cut into strips
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
directions
Heat oils in pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and cook 1 minute. Add curry powder cook stirring 2 minutes. Add lamb, cook until browned.
Combine coconut milk powder and water, add to pan, bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer covered 20 minutes.
Add potatoes and simmer a further 20 minutes until potatoes are cooked and lamb is tender. Add chili pepper, chili sauce and oyster sauce, return to boil. Serve with rice.
