Chocolate Chip And Raspberry Pancakes

ingredients
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup milk, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
3 tablespoons milk
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup chopped semisweet chocolate
directions
In a saucepan over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter. Stir in the milk and heat until warm. Remove pan from heat.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Stir in the egg and warm milk. Fold in raspberries and chocolate.
Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a griddle. Place 1/4 cup of the pancake batter on the griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook on other side.
Repeat with remaining batter, keeping cooked pancakes warm in a 200 degrees F oven.
