Had to knock this down a star because the amount of liquid is off. Unless the turkey is to be cubed and made into a soup, 1 1/2 cups of wine is too much. 1/2 cup would have been more than sufficient. We ended up draining off as much of the liquid we could and reducing it down on the stovetop (to save the flavorings). Aside from that this was really good. The turkey was done nicely (we used cutlets) and was flavorful. Use a fruity white wine (a tart wine will bring out too much of the acidic flavor of the tomatoes and artichokes).
