ingredients

3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, peeled and mince or pressed
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves or crumbled dry rosemary
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
5 pounds country-style ribs

directions

In a bowl combine all ingredients except the ribs. Cut ribs into sections that will fit in a slow cooker (5-6 quart size) and place them in the appliance. Pour marmalade mixture over the ribs.

Cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours. Remove ribs from slow cooker and cut into serving-sized pieces. Serve with sauce.
