ingredients
1 bottle any flavor barbecue sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon liquid smoke
3 tablespoons molasses (to a desired sweetness)
2 cans (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
2 cans (8 ounce size) pineapple chunks (undrained)
4 1/2 pounds pre-cut boneless pork ribs (country style)
directions
Trim off the fat of boneless country style pork ribs. Arrange in a large shallow baking dish. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour evenly over the ribs and cover. Cook at 410 degrees F for 1 1/2-2 hours.
The longer the ribs and sauce are cooked, the more tender and thicker they become. Serve over cooked rice.
