ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

directions

Add the whipping cream to a chilled mixing bowl. Beat on medium-high speed with an electric mixer until it just starts to thicken (1-2 minutes). Add the sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat until the whipped cream is light and fluffy. Do not overbeat.

Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
