1 cup well-chilled heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine the cream, sugar, and vanilla in a chilled mixing bowl. Beat on high speed with an electric mixer for 3-4 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Add a 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar to stabilize and it will last for a few days. Delicious!
