ingredients

4 cups chicken broth
1 cup hot water
2 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
2/3 cup uncooked instant rice
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pimiento, undrained
2 full cups diced cooked turkey breast
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

directions

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine chicken broth and water.

Stir in corn, uncooked rice, celery, onion, and undrained pimiento. Add turkey, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Mix well before serving.
