ingredients
6 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 can (4 ounce size) chopped green chilies, drained
salsa, optional
sour cream, optional
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In large bowl, beat eggs. Add flour. Mix in cheeses, butter and chilies.
Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is set. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.
