Cauliflower With Parmesan Cheese Sauce

ingredients
1 cup water
salt
1 head cauliflower (medium to large)
1 1/2 tablespoon margarine
1 1/2 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup half and half or evaporated skim milk
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
freshly ground black pepper
directions
Cook cauliflower in Microwave on High for 10-12 minutes.
In Microwave, melt margarine. Add flour and onion powder. Blend in chicken broth, half and half or evaporated milk and Dijon mustard. Heat until thick. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
Arrange cauliflower on serving dish. Pour on sauce. Can sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top.
