Janet Elway's Soy-Jalapeno Dip

ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno peppers (or to taste)
directions
Combine all ingredients until well-blended. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve with crackers, chips and cut-up vegetables, such as carrots, cucumbers, celery and bell peppers.
NOTE: You can adjust the number of peppers to suit your taste buds.

Very easy to throw together and fairly tasty. Despite the cook's note, the amount of jalapeno pepper called for was just about right, in my opinion. Maybe a little less soy sauce, or low-sodium soy sauce, as it thinned it out and made it a little on the salty side.
