ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 cup real bacon bits
60 Triscuits or other crackers
directions
Mix all ingredients except crackers until well blended.
Place crackers on cookie sheet. Top each cracker with about 1 tsp. cheese mixture.
Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped red and green pepper, if desired.
