Whip up this delightful cinnamon nut cake using a basic yellow cake mix, enhanced with layers of crunchy walnuts and warm cinnamon.

1 box (15-17 ounce size) yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/3 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
7 1/2 teaspoons sugar
4 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Combine cake mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Combine walnuts, sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle a third of nut mixture into greased 10-inch fluted tube pan. Top with half of the batter and another third of the nut mixture. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
