Tomato-Tequila Soup

ingredients
1 tablespoon very finely chopped onions
1 clove very finely minced garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons butter
1 can (10.5 ounce size) tomato soup
1 soup can water
2 tablespoons tequila
Garnish
1/2 cup mashed avocado
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash Tabasco hot sauce
1/4 cup sour cream
directions
Saute onion, garlic, and chili powder in butter until onion is tender. Add soup, water and tequila. Heat, stirring occasionally.
Combine garnish ingredients. Top each serving with 1/4 cup or so of garnish.
