1 can (10.75 ounce size) tomato soup
2 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 cup finely diced onion
3 cups finely diced raw potatoes
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
directions
Spray a slow cooker container with cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine tomato soup and tomato juice. Stir in onion, potatoes, and parsley flakes.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
