1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups corn flakes
1 cup coconut
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
Cream shortening and sugars, then add eggs.
Combine flour, oatmeal, coconut, baking powder, soda, and salt, then add to the creamed mixture. Add corn flakes.
Drop teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes.
