The pleasures of a pina colada cocktail shouldn't be off limits to those who can't booze it up. Crushed pineapple, rum extract, and coconut extract turn vanilla ice cream into a marvelous mocktail.

ingredients
1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 cup ice
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
