ingredients

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cup chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten

directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Layer Monterey Jack cheese, broccoli, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese in ungreased square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches (If using frozen broccoli, thaw and drain before adding).

Beat milk, flour, salt and eggs until smooth, pour over cheese.

Bake uncovered until egg mixture is set, 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
