6 ounces Cherry 7-Up
6 ounces pink champagne
1 ounce tequila
1 maraschino cherry
directions
Combine the 7-Up, champagne, and tequila. Serve over cracked ice in a champagne flute. Garnish with the cherry.

This is pink, like mimosa blossoms. It differs from other Mimosa cocktails in that it has no orange juice. It makes a great wedding punch, and it really packs one, too. A silver tequila should be chosen, but Cuervo Especial Gold is excellent for this.
