My kids love this smoothie. It does taste a lot like apple pie filling. Pretty healthy too.

This is a great smoothie! Instead of apple sauce though, I used half of a granny smith apple (sliced). Since the apple sauce provides a liquid source I had to add some non-fat milk. It turned out well, and is good for you!
